convenient location and a supportive staff!

convenient location supportive staff

i stayed here for a few nights, and i found the location convenient near paddington station. the staff was pretty supportive, and all of them were polite and helpful . the hotel also provides shampoo and shower gel. towels, a nice touch.

The room i had was quite small, and there wasn't much space to neatly store my belongings. The provided closet wasn't enough. also, i noticed the hallway between the stairs and my room had a funny smell, almost like old dust.

Facilities

8/10

the hotel provides complimentary shampoo and shower gel along with fresh towels in each room, really helpful. the rooms include air conditioning, a tv, and comfortable beds ensuring a relaxed environment. breakfast is included, though i heard it is mainly toast or cereal.

Location
